WHAT IS PERCUSSIVE THERAPY?

Theragun Percussive Therapy is massage reinvented®. Therabody’s percussive therapy devices are scientifically calibrated with a 16 mm amplitude to reach deep into the muscles and stimulate heat and blood flow, helping to bring oxygen in and flush toxins out, essentially hydrating the muscles back to health. Percussive therapy works 60% deeper than consumer-grade vibration massagers by using a unique scientifically-calibrated combination of depth, speed, and force.

The 16mm amplitude means the vibrations and pulses can reach deep into your muscles. Unlike any other percussive therapy device, the Theragun allows you to personalise your treatment with an app. Featuring guided routines that are based on your daily activity and lifestyle, you can choose how your recovery looks.

As well as this, Theragun Elite has a specialist tool box with various attachments and the option to customise its speed. Ideal for using on different areas of the body, each attachment head is made from non-porous closed-cell foam meaning it doesn’t absorb sweat, oil or creams. Switching between the attachments is also really easy thanks to the patented attachment mechanism. The Theragun Elite includes Dampener (for tender or bony areas), Standard Ball (for large and small muscle groups), Thumb (for trigger points and the lower back), Cone (for pinpoint muscle treatment) and Wedge (for massaging shoulder blades).

SMART DESIGN

2400 percussions per minute allow the device to override any pain signals in your brain – making it more effective and comfortable than traditional muscle therapy.

The patented triangle multi-grip design has also been expertly designed to prevent users from tensing and straining when using the device.
